As a wood chip supplier we couldn’t help ourselves but share this revelation with you when we heard this classic song on the radio the other day – “Disco 2000” by Pulp. And what is more surprising, we completely missed out the fact that they mention wood chip in the song! More specifically the wood chip covers Deborah’s home walls! This revelation sent us off on a journey to look for more wood chip songs, and you guessed it, there’s more. So, relax and enjoy these great wood chip related pop songs and their covers! Who would have thought?!
“Disco 2000” by Pulp and covers by Keane and Nick Cave
Of course Pulp’s “Disco 2000” is something of a classic, and one could say it’s the best version being the original. But we did some anonymous voting within our wood chip suppliers team and it turns out Mr Nick Cave’s cover became quite popular in terms of favourites. Although our younger colleagues were quite keen on Keane’s version as well. All in all, we enjoyed all versions!
