Once you’ve purchased all the firewood, you need to ensure that it’s properly stored. A well-designed log rack keeps the timber above the floor and helps keep rodents and insects out of making themselves at home in your wood stack. Although we do not recommend storing your firewood outside, it is good to keep it out for a while, during chilly days so the wind could dry the logs.
